"Historic" wine, obtained by the fermentation of the wine bottled in the spring following the vintage.
Here the particular aromas and the very dry taste are enhanced.
It should be decanted before pouring to separate the sediment.

  • cleaning of the must by decantation
  • temperature-controlled fermentation
Organoleptic features:
Dry sparkling wine, typically dry and fresh flavour with delicate aromas and slightly aromatic reminiscents of apple, white flowers and breadcrust, a feature on the sediment.
Serving suggestions:
Excellent as an aperitif, to drink throughout a meal with light food.
It can also be appreciated by those who seek an alternative to still wines.
